Oct. 6

-Theft of Gasoline from CC Food Mart, Industrial BP. Stolen was $3 worth of gasoline.

-Criminal Trespass from 11 Maylene Drive, Maylene.

-Theft of Property/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance from Shoe Department, 519 1st St. S.W. Stolen and recovered were Reebok Classics valued at $29.99; Saucony Athletic Shoes, valued at $30; seven pills and two syringes.

-Domestic Violence/Harassment from Pap Saia’s, 1st St. S.W.

Oct. 7

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from parking lot of Rent-a-Center. Recovered were cellophane bag containing 11 grams of marijuana, and Altoids can containing a pipe used to smoke marijuana, a marijuana stem and a marijuana roach.

-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Cannon Oil on Highway 31. A marijuana pipe was recovered.

-Harassment from 154 Shady Acre Road.

-Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle from 540 Treymore Lake Circle involving a 2005 Mazda 6.

-Theft of Property from Belk’s, 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Suite 2100. Stolen was a Fleurish Shirt valued at $38.

-Harassment from Alabaster Health Care Services, 850 9th St. N.W.

-Theft of Property from 1560 1st St. N. Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency.

Oct. 8

-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Obstruction of Justice from Old Highway 31 at 10th Avenue S.W. A glass pipe used for smoking crack cocaine was recovered.

-Harassment from Waffle House.

-Noise Complaint/Barking Dog from 136 Lake Trace.

Oct. 9

-Harassment/Resisting Arrest from Thompson High School.

-Theft of Property from coin-operated laundry/Southbrook Village. Stolen were a billfold valued at $20, a driver’s license and various cards.

Oct. 10

-Theft of Property from Thompson High School. A Razor cellular phone valued at $250 was stolen.

-Obstruction of Justice/Using False Identity/Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from 11th Ave. S.W. A plastic bag containing seeds, which appear to be marijuana seeds, were recovered.

-Theft of Identity/Theft of Property from America’s Thrift Store. Stolen was an olive green Dooney and Bourke wallet with contents valued at $112, $180 cash and assorted credit cards.

-Harassing Communications from 681 1st St. S.W.

-Domestic Violence/Harassment.

Oct. 11

-Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pills in a clear plastic bag, a straw and a razor blade were received.

-Theft of Property/Unlawful Breaking and Entering from 1564 Kent Dairy Road, Lot 708. Stolen were an Eagle air compressor valued at $780; three Hitachi nail guns valued at $306 each; and two nail pouches containing hammers, chalk lines and measuring tapes valued at $75.

-Theft of Property from America’s Thrift Store parking lot. Stolen was a Toshiba S405 laptop computer valued at $1,600; a brown leather backpack valued at $50; and 20 compact discs valued at $300.

-Burglary/Theft of Property from 1811 E Woodbrook Circle. Stolen were a safe valued at $50, a checkbook valued at $10, a laptop valued at $2,000 and jewelry valued at $3,800.

Oct. 12

-Theft of Property from 850 9th St. N.W., Tri-State Health Care. Stolen was $947 in U.S. currency, cash only.

-Unlawful Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle/Theft of Property from 665 Kent Dairy Road. Stolen were a pass load gas-powered nail gun valued at $365; a 13hp Subaru generator valued at $1,300; and a Ryobi hammer drill in case valued at $81.

-Theft of Property from Thompson football locker. A Regions Visa debit card was stolen.

-Rape from behind the Waffle House.

-Damage to Property from 656 11St. NW. A 1999 Honda SUV bumper received $450 damage and its driver’s side quarter panel received $450 damage.

-Child Unattended in Vehicle (information only) from Power Mart Chevron on Highway 119.

-Information only from Colonial Properties Dress For Less.

-Violation of Leash Law from Dolphin Circle.

-Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card from Spur Stop gas station, 1901 Alabaster Road. A Regions Bank check card had a $42 stolen value.

-Private Property Accident from 1499 Ist St. N., McDonald’s, involving a 1994 Ford pickup bucket truck.

-Harassing communications from Walgreen’s Pharmacy at 3340 Pelham Parkway.

-Theft of property from Oak Mountain State Park marina. A 1999 Mercury 2000-8m boat was damaged ($1,070).

-Harassment from 104 Oliver Street and Pelham Parkway.

-Miscellaneous information from 115 Chase Creek Circle.

-Civil dispute from Murphy Mitsubishi.

-Miscellaneous information and outside agency assist from 227 Laurel Circle.

-Property damage from 129 Hayesbury Court. A mailbox was damaged ($300).

-Theft of property and unlawful use of a motor vehicle from 1044 Stoneykirk Road. A 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen.

-Public intoxication from the Travel Lodge hotel at 410 Oak Mountain Circle.

-Outside agency assist from O’Charley’s restaurant at 561 Southgate Drive.

-Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card from 3403 Wildwood Drive and the Raceway service station at 3314 Pelham Parkway.

-Harassing communications from 1946 Chandaway Drive.

-Theft of property and criminal possession of a forged instrument from 1919 Chandalar Court at the Food World supermarket. Thirty-one checks were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from 1982 McCain Parkway. A 2002 Mitsubishi truck was damaged.

-Theft of property from Sunset Homes at 3436 Pelham Parkway. A refrigerator was stolen ($500).

-Death investigation from 2637 North Chandalar Lane.

-Property damage from the Wal-Mart Supercenter at 2181 Pelham Parkway. A 2003 Ford Explorer was damaged ($500).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Compass Bank at 3080 Pelham Parkway. Three checks were stolen for $2,800.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the Raceway service station at Cahaba Valley Road. Items stolen included a purse ($700), a wallet ($250) and $250 cash.

-Driving under the influence from Interstate 65 South between Cahaba Valley Road and Highway 52.

-Theft of property from the Publix supermarket from 1944 Montgomery Highway. Ten cases of beer were stolen ($150).

-Property damage from Commerce Drive at County Road 33. A 1974 Dodge 150 was damaged ($500).

-Outside agency assist from Helena Road and Pelham Parkway.

-Theft of property from Creative Stages Daycare at 2307 Pelham Parkway. A purse was stolen ($600).

-Violation of a municipal ordinance from Interstate 65 at County Road 52.

-Trafficking illegal drugs from the Purple Onion Restaurant at Pelham Parkway.

-Public intoxication from CSX railroad tracks at Stonehaven Trail.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the Raceway service station on Pelham Parkway. Items stolen included a wallet ($20), a license ($20) and $25 in cash.

-Burglary from 214 Carl Nichols Drive. Items stolen included a phone ($40), a DVR system ($200) and two bracelets ($300).

-Domestic violence from an undisclosed location.

-Theft of property from McDonalds restaurant at 580 Cahaba Valley Road. Items stolen included a wallet ($15), $180 in cash and various credit cards.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from McDonald’s restaurant at 580 Cahaba Valley Road. $7 in cash was stolen.

-Theft of property from 2025 Valleydale Road. A 2000 Ford Explorer was stolen ($5,500).

-Theft of property from Mountain Chateau Apartments, Building E. A 1997 Chevrolet Camaro was stolen ($4,900).

-Theft of Property from Nelson-Walker Road. Two 30-amp breakers -hot water, valued at $30 recovered; and two unknown amp breakers-AC, $30 stolen value.

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Possession of Marijuana from Highway 70. Recovered were a marijuana bowl (pipe) with marijuana inside the pipe – stainless steel with orange transparent shaft, 1.5 inches long, $1 value.

-Domestic violence/Harassment/Disorderly Conduct from Thompson Street.

Oct. 8

-Criminal Mischief from Town Creek Apartments lot. The driver’s side door window and driver’s side rear compartment window of a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup received $250 damage each.

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from 509 Island Street, Apartment F. A green leafy substance, 10 grams, recovered.
