Leona Jones Boutwell, 78, of Pell City died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2005.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pell City, where she was a member of the Christian Outreach Committee, Gleaners Circle and Verona Perry Fellowship Class. She was preceded in death by her brother, Allen Jones, and her sister, Hazel Elliott Ashe.

She is survived by her husband, George N. Boutwell; two daughters, Barbara Ruark and Brenda Rae; a sister, Doris Rollins; a brother, Leon Jones; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Service was Oct. 31 at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, the Revs. Mark Parris and Sherri Reynolds presiding. Burial followed at Elmwood Cemetery, Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City directing
