Alabaster

Oct. 25

-Recovered Property from Highway 31 at Cannon Oil. Recovered was a green purse valued at $10.

-Theft of Identify from Detroit, Mich. Two fraudulent accounts were opened without victim’s knowledge or consent valued at $434.

-Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle/Theft of Property from United Parcel Service from Lowe’s parking lot from 1022 1st St. N. A large brown box with unknown contents valued at $5 was stolen.

-Theft of Property. An incident from a business was reported in which

$400 in currency, an Alabama driver’s license, a Social Security card, an insurance card and a wallet valued at $17 were stolen.

-Criminal Mischief/Criminal Trespass from G & M Electrical Supply from 895 Highway 31. Three strands of barbed wire received $100 damage

Oct. 26

-Criminal Mischief from 536 8th St. S.W. A mailbox received $30 damage.

-Criminal Mischief from 833 6th Ave. S.W. a mailbox received $30 damage.

-Identity Theft from three accounts valued at $280.

Oct. 27

-Receiving Stolen Property from Scott’s Pawn Shop from 873 1st St. N. Involved was a mortar mixer, yellow in color with a Honda engine, valued at $350.

-Theft of Property from gravel parking lot of an electrical box. Taken was $300 in cash.

-Criminal Mischief from Enterprise Leasing from 165 Jasmine Drive. A 2005 Buick 999 received $1,000 damage.

Oct. 28

-Theft of Property from a locker room at 100 Airview Lane, Calera. A $100 bill in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Harassment from Sneaky Pete’s from County Road 87 at Highway 31.

-Criminal Mischief from the men’s bathroom by the concession stand at Warrior Park.

-Public Intoxication/Resisting Arrest from Industrial Road.

Oct. 29

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Old Highway 31 at Interstate 65 overpass. Recovered were a pipe with residue and a bag of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Criminal Mischief from Thompson High School (Shelby County Board of Education) baseball fields from Thompson Road. A wooden bench received $500 damage; a concrete wall received paint damage of $150; and a heavy rubber floor mat received $25 damage.

Oct. 30

-Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle/Theft of Property from 203 Windsor Court. Stolen were U.S. currency of $2,800; a black wallet valued at $50, 50 CDs valued at $550 and a 14 karat wedding band with five diamonds valued at $500.A driver’s side window received $100 damage.

-Criminal Mischief from Cay Clark Apartments. Three tires received $300 damage.

-Harassment from 1125 Cohill Drive.

-Criminal Mischief from Cay Clark Apartments. Four tires received $400 damage.

-Cruelty to Animals from field behind 1070 Highway 87, Calera.

-Theft of Property from Dairy Queen manager’s office. Stolen was $30.

-Harassing Communications from 102 Windsor Court.

Oct. 31

-Violation of Leash Law from 504 Regent Drive.

-Theft of Property from Utility Meter Services from Med Center Shell. An Itron handheld valued at $1,300 was stolen.

-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from 5th Ave. S.E. and 5th Court. One metal pipe was recovered.

-Criminal Mischief from Shelby Baptist Medical Center. The gray paint on a 1986 BMW was damaged.

-Theft of Services from Melton Automotive Inc. from 718 Fulton Springs Road. Stolen was a vehicle diagnosis valued at $184.50.

-Theft of Property from Movie Gallery from 136 Market Center Drive. Stolen were assorted PlayStation games valued at $199.95 and a NASCAR game valued at $49.99.

-Harassment/Trespass from 150 Winterhaven Drive.

-Theft of Property from Wal-Mart parking lot from 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Stolen were a black tote bag valued at $15, a small purse valued at $100, a flip phone valued at $50, a New Horizon debit card, a BP gas card and a Chevron gas card.

Nov. 1

-Theft of Gas from Alabaster Amoco from 691 Montevallo Road. Some 16.03 gallons of gasoline valued at $39.74 were stolen.

-Theft of Property from 104 Kent Hill Cove. A wooden ghost valued at $30 was stolen.

-Theft of Property from 412 Buck Creek Trace. A concrete rabbit valued at $40 was stolen.

-Harassment from 303 3rd St. S.E.

-Theft of Property from 32 Hopes Way. Some $1,200 in U.S. currency was stolen.

Oct. 29

-Assault from 3080 Pelham Parkway.

-Found property from Interstate 65 at County Road 52. A purse was found.

-Driving under the influence from Pelham Parkway at Stonehaven Trail.

Oct. 30

-Death investigation from 161 Stonehaven Drive.

-Theft of property from the Travel Lodge hotel. $1 in cash and a wallet ($6) was stolen.

-Sex offender investigation from a campground at Oak Mountain State Park.

-Identity theft from 720 Wilderness Road. $1,432 in cash was stolen.

-Theft of property from 1926 Highway 31 at Pete’s Print and Copy. A license plate was stolen ($20).

-Outside agency assist from Brian’s Quick Stop.

-Providing false information and unlawful possession of a controlled instrument from Pelham Parkway at the Metro Mini Storage.

-Outside agency assist from County Road 52 at Colonial Pipe.

-Unlawful use of a motor vehicle from 350 Belle Vista Road.

-Miscellaneous information from an undisclosed location.

-Property damage from the Expressway Shell service station at 3071 Highway 31. A 2005 Dodge Stratus was damaged ($800).

-Theft of property from the Holiday Inn Express hotel. Items stolen included a key programmer ($500), a television ($300), two mattress covers ($60), an ironing board ($20) and various linens ($145).

-Theft of property from the Holiday Inn Express hotel. Various tools were stolen ($673).

-Obstruction of justice, providing a false identification and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 2181 Pelham Parkway.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway. A DVD was stolen ($30).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Helena Road at the Express Wash.

-Unlawful possession of a forged instrument and theft of property from the Wal-Mart Supercenter. Items stolen included two checks, 49 lighters ($148) and 10 air fresheners ($40).

-Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle/Theft of Property from the 400 Block of Industrial Railway. Reported was the unauthorized use of a Lincoln Town Car. And reported stolen were a key ring valued at $1; keys to a Lincoln ignition, $20; remote to a Lincoln, $100; P.O. Box key, $10; house key, $1; trunk key to a Lincoln $10.

-Domestic Violence/Reckless Endangerment/Criminal Mischief from Mooney Road. A glass window received $200 damaged. The weapon used was a pumpkin.

-Theft of Property from the 100 Block of Industrial Parkway Drive at maintenance shop. Stolen was a white F-250 Ford truck valued at $20,000, tools valued at $7,000, a phone valued at $300 and a radio valued at $200.

Oct. 29

-Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Egg and Butter Road. Recovered were a metal/plastic tip crack pipe (used) valued at $1 and a plastic bag containing two small crack rock cocaine and crumbs valued at $20.

-Single-Car Accident from Highway 70.A 2000 Oldsmobile Alero received $2,000 damage to the undercarriage.

-Vehicle Damage by Log Truck from Highway 231 South and Highway 280.

Damage to a 2005 Lincoln Town Car included a broken left mirror and a scratch on the left rear upper side.

-Burglary and theft of property from 2890 Highway 31. Items stolen included a propane tank ($200), a drill set ($150), a diamond ring ($60), an X-Box and various games ($300), a printer ($200), a Direct TV box ($75) and a ring ($300).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property from the Chevron service station at Highway 87. items stolen included a purse, a digital camera ($120) and $15 in cash.

-Theft of property from 14289 Highway 25. A tractor was stolen ($3,200).

-Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle/Theft of Property from parking area in front of an apartment. Stolen were a backpack valued at $20, college textbooks valued at $300, a custom built speaker box valued at $100, two 10-inch speakers valued at $250 and a 1000 watt amplifier valued at $300.

-Vehicle Damage from drive-thru area of McDonald’s on Main Street. A 2003 Ford Mustang received a small dent on the driver’s side door area.

-Theft of Property from an apartment. Stolen were a birth certificate and a Social Security card.

Recovered were a JVC Brand DVD/VHS Player valued at $50, a radio CD player with dual cassette valued at $40 and four headphones valued at $60.
