What has been called an accidental shooting in Vincent remains under investigation.

According to a press release provided by Vincent Police Chief James A. Srygley, Vincent Police responded to a gunshot injury on Carr Drive on Wednesday, Oct. 26.

Janet Lorita Tillman of Vincent was reported to have been accidentally shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation
