-Harassment from 1042 Highway 31, Saginaw.

-Theft of Property from Bruno’s Grocery Store from 109 Highway 119. Stolen was a box of Unisom sleeping pills valued at $6.79 and a tube of lip balm valued at $1.99.

-Theft of Property from 762 4th Place S.W. Stolen were a picture of Jesus sitting above children and a picture of Jesus at the last supper valued at $50 each.

-Possession of Forged Instrument from 141 11th Place S.W. Stolen were First National Bank checks valued at $1,800.

-Criminal Mischief from back door of 122 King Charles Way. A Kwikset dead bolt lock received $35 damage.

-Burglary/Theft of Property from 20 Eaglewood Farm Road, Maylene. Stolen were various items valued at $2,187.

Nov. 3

-DUI Controlled Substance/Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Winn Dixie parking lot. A metal pipe used to smoke marijuana was recovered.

-Burglary/Theft of Property from 129 Greenfield Circle. Stolen were a fire-proof safe for files, valued at $60, a fireproof safe, valued at $30, and vintage coins valued at $200.

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from the woods off Allen Drive. A silver container containing a marijuana roach, seeds and stems were recovered.

-Theft of Property from 12th Ave. S.E. A teal colored 1997 Chevy C 1500 2 x 4 valued at $1,200 was stolen.

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from 149 Cohill Drive. One cigar filled with a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was recovered.

-Theft of Property from 1817 Wood Brook Circle. Stolen was a 2004 Pontiac GMC valued at $1,800.

-Theft of Services from 1813 Wood Book Circle Apartment G. Stolen was a Nextel SIM Card valued at $1,200.

-Damage to Property from Industrial Road (side of road). The rear driver’s side window of a 2001 Kia received $200 damage.

-Damage to Property from 3rd Ct. S.E. and Third Avenue. A 20-foot section of fence received $500 damage.

-Theft of Property from 102 Yellowhammer Circle. A black and white &8220;Dutch&8221; rabbit valued at $40 was stolen.

-Suspicious Activity (info only) from Wal-Mart at Colonial Promenade.

-Damage to Property (info only) from Summerbook Drive. The front bumper of a 2000 Honda Accord received $400 damage.

-Theft of Property from Belk at 300 Colonial Promenade, Suite 2100. Stolen were men’s clothing valued at $200, ladies’ clothing valued at $3,000, juniors’ clothing valued at $400, store coupons valued at $350 and $600 cash.

-Burglary/Criminal Mischief from 7895 Highway 119, Suites 8, 9 and 10. Water damage was repoted.

-Domestic Violence (information) from 1564 Kent Dairy Road.

-Theft of Property from 194 Jasmine Drive. Stolen was a Craftsman push mower valued at $180.

-Criminal Mischief from drive of Triple G and Highway 119. The rear window of a 2000 Crown Victoria and window frame received $200 damage.

-Theft of Property from Wal-Mart at Colonial Promenade. Stolen were $360 in U.S. Currency.

-Violation of Leash Law from 1021 5th Ct. S.W.

-Theft of Property from mailbox at 1440 Cross Path Drive. Two boxes of Jefferson County Teachers’ Credit Union checks were stolen.

-Information only lost property from Dollar General, Southbrook Village. Lost were a lady’s wallet, an Alabama driver’s license, an Orchard Bank Card, a Household Bank Credit Card, a Direct Merchants Bank Credit Card and an AmSouth Bank Credit Card.

-Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance/Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from Publix parking lot (Highway 119). Recovered were 23 pills and a cellophane bag containing four grams of marijuana.

-Burglary/Theft of Property from Watkins Cleaners from 1516 Kent Dairy Road. A glass door received $150 damage and $80 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Property Damage from one-half mile north of Exit 238 on Interstate 65. A Toyota Corolla received $1,200 damage to a front grill and $600 damage to a radiator.
