Phyllis Gail Mathis, 46, of Montevallo died Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at home.

She is survived by her mother, Chesteen Mathis of Chelsea; three sisters, Myra (Ralph) Lucas of Montevallo, Flora (Paul) Hinkle of Montevallo and Denise (Steve) Smith of Chelsea; three brothers, David (Brenda) Mathis of Crossville, Phillip (Mary Ann) Mathis of Clanton and Jerry Mathis of Chelsea; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Service was Dec. 11 at 2 p.m. at Rockco’s Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Reburn Dailey presiding. Burial followed at Montevallo Cemetery, Rockco’s directing
