-Forgery/Theft of Property from Merle Norman from Colonial Promenade. Stolen were a checkbook, America’s First Federal Credit Union, Bessemer valued at $177.66.
-Domestic Violence-Harassment/Violation of Protection Order from 1750 C Woodbrook Trail. Vinyl siding received $50 damage (Brick).
-Harassment from 1750 A Woodbrook Trail (voice).
-Abandoned Vehicle from 5th Ave. S.E. at County Road 11.

-Domestic Violence/Harassment from 1815 Apartment H Woodbrook Circle.
-Animal Complaint from 403 Popular Ridge Drive.
-Criminal Mischief from 103 Buck Creek Plaza. Four toilets received $400 damage, two urinals received $240 damage and one dusk to dawn light received $12 damage.

-Domestic Violence/Harassment from 16 Terry Lynn Hill Mobile Home Park.
-Unlawful Breaking and Entering Vehicle/Theft of Property from Westwood Baptist Church. Stolen were $200 U.S. currency, a Visa credit card, SouthTrust check card, an Alabama driver’s license, a $75 Wal-Mart gift card, a SouthTrust checkbook, and a Central State checkbook.
-Theft of Property from Wal-Mart at 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Stolen were paper notes valued at $2.08, pastel notes valued at $1.87, Post-It-Notes valued at $3.73, notebook paper valued at $3.43 and copy paper.
-Suspicious Activity from 235 Victoria Station.
-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana from 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Suite 2100 involved a bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.
-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana/Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from Highway 31 from Student Services Center. Recovered were a marijuana cigarette and a pack of 1.25 rolling papers.
-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at Highway 31 from Instructional Services Center. Recovered were a wooden dugout used for storing marijuana, a ceramic pipe used for smoking marijuana and a pad of 1.25 rolling papers.

-Theft of Property from Bruno’s from 529 1st St. S.W. Stolen were nine Bengal roach spray cans valued at $106.83.
-Unlawful Breaking and Entering Vehicle/Theft of Property from parking lot of First Baptist Church. Stolen were a purse valued at $40, a Capital One Master Card, a driver’s license, a Social Security Card and a checkbook.
-Doing Business Without A License (information only) from A & S Highway 31 at Old Highway 31.
-Damaged Property (information only) from Wal-Mart. Damaged was an electric cart pusher.

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance from 1st Ave. West -Wheeler Wrecker. Two grams of Suboxone Schedule 3 and two grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was recovered.
-Unlawful Possession of Paraphernalia from the Interstate 65 N on ramp near U.S. 31. One crack pipe recovered.

-Theft of Property from 124 Kentwood Drive. Stolen was a yellow gold diamond ring with marquis cut diamond and baggets each side valued at $1,000 and a gold tennis bracelet with real diamond set valued at $500.

-Theft of Property from Belk from 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Suite 2100. Stolen were 10 Realities fragrance gift sets valued at $500.

-Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance from Kent Dairy Road from The Spot. A half 500 mg Lortab pill was recovered.

-Theft of Property/Unlawful Breaking and Entering Vehicle from 100 11th Place S.W. Stolen was one Regions Visa Card.
-Theft of Property from Movie Gallery from 136 Market Center Drive. Stolen were a brown leather wallet valued at $35 and two credit cards valued at $80.
-Theft of Property from Ross Dress For Less at the Colonial Promenade. Stolen were an Alabama driver’s license, a gift card valued at $95, assorted checks valued at $600, $700 cash, a Chase credit card, an Amsouth Visa Card and a beige billfold.
-Receiving Stolen Property from Scott’s Pawn Shop. Involved was a DeWalt cordless drill in case valued at $30.
Harassment from Keystone Lot 704 (voice).
-Identify Theft from unknown, possibly Internet involved a charge card with $425 stolen value.

-Officers responded to the fraudulent use of a credit card at Wal-Mart SuperCenter at 2181 Pelham Parkway.
-Officers responded to the unlawful possession of marijuana on Pelham Parkway at the intersection with County Road 52. Officers recovered a marijuana joint from a vehicle.

-Officers responded to a driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on the wrong side of the road incident at 2 a.m.
-Officers responded to a driving under the influence of alcohol and violation of license to carry a pistol incident at RaceWay on Pelham Parkway. Officers recovered a .380 revolver at about 2:16 a.m.
-Officers responded to a theft of services incident at Hampton Inn and Suites, where suspects failed to pay for a $120 room fee.
-Officers responded to a disorderly conduct incident at about 10 p.m. inside and in the front parking lot of Krystal’s Hamburgers at 240 Cahaba Valley Road.
-Officers responded to a fraudulent use of a credit card incident at Murphy USA, 3502 Pelham Parkway.

-Officers responded to The Home Depot at 3191 Pelham Parkway, where suspects stole a radio, saw blades, two saws, a 120-foot ladder, a vacuum cleaner and a tool cabinet with a total value of about $800.
-Officers responded to drug trafficking, a felony, on Southgate Drive, where they seized four pounds of marijuana worth $4,800 and a .22-magnum revolver.
