-Theft of Property/Negotiating Worthless Negotiable Instrument from Aliant Bank. Involved checks of $277.93 and $283.94 stolen value.

-Criminal Mischief/Theft of Property from 715 Old Towne Circle. A wooden reindeer received $100 damage and a Santa sign valued at $25 was stolen.

-Harassment from 2026 Diane Lane (hands/voice).

Dec. 22

-Identity Theft from unknown location. Involved assorted credit cards and charges of $1,467.92.

-Information Only Damage to Property from Bell South Phone Company from 217 1st Ave. N. Three sets of various phone lines were damaged.

-Unauthorized Use of Vehicle from Armstrong Relocation from 212 Total Solutions Way. Involved a 2000 Kenworth valued at $55,000.

-Information Only Damage to Property from Waffle House parking lot. Involved a 2004 Dodge Viper front bumper and deep scratches.

-Damage to Property from Taco Bell. Involved a handrail valued at $10.

-Harassment from 1147 Whippoorwill Drive.

-Information Only Domestic Dispute from 125 Douglas Drive.

-Criminal Mischief from 301 12th St. N.W. A Christmas Bear received $50 damage and a carousel received $750 damage.

-Harassment from 1743 A Woodbrook Trail (fist).

Dec. 23

-Domestic Violence/Harassment from 121 Grande Club Drive, Maylene.

-Criminal Mischief from 664 12th St. N.W. a white metal movable reindeer with lights received $100 damage and a white metal non-moveable reindeer with lights received $25 damage.

-Information Only Found Property from Wayne&8217;s Auto Sales Highway 31. Recovered were a brown men&8217;s wallet valued at $5; U.S. currency including five $20&8217;s and four $1&8217;s; a SouthTrust Bank Card valued at $2; and an AL OLN valued at $23.

-Found Property from 151 Industrial Road. Recovered were a pink purse with Doris on the front, a Parisian Credit Card, a Shell Credit Card, 19 cents and two books of checks.

-Information Only Damage to Property from 59 Kent Dairy Road, Maylene. Trees and land received $250 damage.

-Theft of Property/Criminal Mischief from No. 89 13th Ave. S.E. Taken were a GE electric cook top stove valued at $300 and a GE dryer valued at $150. There were holes in walls and floors, windows were broken out, cabinets and carpet were torn up resulted in $2,600 damage.

-Theft of Property from Shelby Baptist Medical Center Diagnostic Center. Stolen were an Alabama Driver&8217;s License, Peoples Bank check, Peoples Bank debit card, Southern Link cell phone valued at $100, three keys on a ring, a black leather purse valued at $25 and $150 U.S. currency.

-Theft of Property from Waffle House parking lot on U.S. Highway 31. A silver 2002 Toyota Camry was taken valued at $14,500.

-Damage to Property from Kirkland&8217;s Home, Colonial Promenade Parkway. The driver side door to a 2005 Scion TC received $500 damage.

-Resisting Arrest/Use of Force from the Corner Shell, County Road 11 and County Road 68.

-Theft of Property from 116 Olde Spanish Trail. Two women&8217;s costume jewelry rings valued at $200 were recovered.

-Theft of Property from Wal-mart from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Two Chrysler radio control cars valued at $99.62 each were taken.

-Theft of Property from 409 Smokey Road. A 1996 grey Suzuki four-wheel ATU, valued at $2,000 was stolen.

Dec. 24

-Theft of Gasoline from Murphy USA from 560 Colonial Promenade Parkway. $10 worth of gasoline was taken.

-Theft of Property from 1108 Siskin Drive. A 5 x 13 utility trailer valued at $900 was taken.

-Unauthorized Use of Vehicle from 149 Cohill Drive. A 1999 Chevrolet Malibu was recovered.

-Leaving the Scene of An Accident (an unoccupied vehicle) from 170 Jefferson Lane. A 2002 Mitsubishi received $50 damage.

Dec. 25

-Domestic Violence – Harassment from 82 Peavine Trailer Park.

-Information Only – Questioned Death from 1427 Applegate Drive.

-Theft of Property from Alabama Amoco, 691 Highway119 S. Stolen were two bottles of shampoo valued at $8 and one Aquafresh toothpaste valued at $3.

Dec. 26

-Theft of Property from 1564 Kent Dairy Road. Taken was a book of AmSouth checks.

-Found Property Information Only from 1441 Cross Path Drive. A blue Road Master 15-speed bicycle was recovered valued at $50.

-Info Only/Interference with Child Custody from 2115 Amberly Woods Terrace.

-Damage to Property from Colonial Promenade parking lot. A 2000 Chevrolet Malibu was damaged.

-Recovery of Property from McDonald&8217;s from 1499 1st St. N. Recovered were a purse valued at $20, an Alabama Driver&8217;s License, a Blue Cross/Blue Shield Card, a phone valued at $50, miscellaneous make-up valued at $10 and $3.

-Lost Property from Wal-mart. Lost were $425 cash, a driver&8217;s license and a debit card.

-Theft of Property from Smokey Road in front of Meadowview. A 2002 Ducati Monster 916 motorcycle valued at $8,400 was taken.

-Domestic Violence/Harassment from 1117 Henry Drive (voice).

-Harassment from Ross parking lot, Colonial Promenade (voice).

-Theft of Gasoline from Murphy Oil from 560 Colonial Promenade Parking. Some 16.835 gallons of 87 octane valued at $35 was taken.

-Giving False Information to Police from 1117 Henry Drive.

-Theft of Gasoline from BP Service Station from 691 Montevallo Road. Taken was $26 worth of a gasoline.

-Theft of Property from 1840 Lot 2 Corporate Woods Drive. Stolen were a Tinners Hammer valued at $40 and Malco hand tongs valued at $35.

-Criminal Mischief/Theft of Property from Hardy Corporation (no location). Stolen were a Milwaukee bandsaw valued at $250, an AEG drill motor valued at $220, a Bosch hammer drill valued at $175 and a Craftsman sawall valued at $125.

-Theft of Property (Deception) from 191 Old Highway 31 S. Taken were a $1,950 U.S. currency money order and fee.

-Criminal Mischief/Trespassing from city of Alabaster from Veterans Park. Six-feet of chain link fence received $500 damage.

-Harassment from Highway 31 at 2nd Place S.W. (voice).

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana/Public Intoxication from Highway 31 at 11th Ave. S.W. A small plastic baggie containing green plant like material (marijuana) was recovered valued at $10.

Dec. 29

-Domestic Incident from 121 Grande Club Lane.

Pelham

-Property damage from 141 Kings Crest Lane. A trailer was stolen ($2,000) and a backhoe was damaged ($5,000).

-Property damage from Home Depot. A trailer was damaged ($1,000).

-Suspicious activity and found property from 2239 Richmond Lane. A box of decorations was found.

-Theft of property from Yeager Court. Items stolen included a suitcase ($1,500) and a socket set ($150).

-Harassment from Holliman and Shockley Attorneys at 2491 Pelham Parkway.

-Miscellaneous information regarding an injured and destroyed animal from County Road 52 at Colonial Pipeline.

Dec. 23

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and carrying a pistol without a license from Pelham Parkway at Welborn Street.

-Property damage from 109 Cedar Cove Lane. A 2002 Chevrolet Silverado was damaged ($250).

-Discharging a firearm from 121 Weatherly Way.

-Illegal possession of a credit card from 2181 Pelham Parkway.

-Property damage from the Wal-Mart Supercenter at 2181 Pelham Parkway. A 1996 Honda Accord was damaged ($800).

-Theft of property from 84 Rolling Rock Trail. A ladder was stolen ($800).

-Theft of property from 3191 Pelham Parkway. Items stolen included a nail set ($9), a level ($3), a nail puller ($11), a square ruler ($7) and a drywall saw ($13).

-Theft of property from lot 17 at Eagle Cove Drive. Various copper tubing and wiring was stolen ($500).

Dec. 24

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the Beaver Creek subdivision at Beaver Creek Parkway. A statue was stolen ($1,000) and a spotlight was damaged ($75).

-Property damage from County Road 11 at Weatherly Way. A 2001 Chevrolet Impala was damaged ($1,000).

-Property damaged from the Wal-Mart Supercenter at 2181 Pelham Parkway. A 1999 GMC S150 was damaged ($500).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the Ramada Limited at 113 Cahaba Valley Parkway. Items stolen included a checkbook, a suitcase containing various clothing ($500), a portable vacuum ($30) and a purse ($30).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the Ramada Limited at 113 Cahaba Valley Parkway. A drill was stolen ($80).

-Burglary from 3459 Pelham Parkway. Two cell phones were stolen ($60).

-Attempted burglary from 124 Sugar Drive. A door was damaged ($75).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the Best Western hotel at 100 Bishop Circle. A 2006 Lincoln Towncar was damaged ($400).

-Sex offender registration from 104 Oliver Street, lot 15.

-Found property from the Publix supermarket at 1944 Pelham Parkway. A Pelham police I.D. card was found.

Dec. 28

-Trespass warning from Santa Fe Cattle Company at 3296 Pelham Parkway.

-Miscellaneous information regarding a counterfeit check from the IHOP restaurant at 2000 Pelham Parkway.
