Iduma Mitchem, 92, of Chelsea died Friday, Jan. 27, 2006, at a local hospital.

She was born on March 28, 1913, in Alabama and was preceded in death by her sons, Leonard and Franklin Mitchem.

She is survived by her children, Lillian Mitchem and Lela Mae Ray; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Service was Jan. 29 at 2 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel. Burial followed in Mt. Signal Cemetery, Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home directing
