Dorothy Jeanette Knowles, 78, of Montevallo died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006, in Montevallo.

She was preceded in death by her spouse, Louis Aubin Knowles; her parents, Jim and Margie Anderson; her sister, Elizabeth Turnbloom; her sons, Thomas Richard &8220;Dickie&8221; Knowles and Kenneth Reese Knowles; and her brothers, Curtis, Joe and Terry.

She is survived by her daughters, Gaynelle Knowles Ohrman of North Carolina, Rebecca Ann Knowles Foster of Mississippi and Carol Jean Knowles Mandel of Montevallo; three sons, Paul Leslie Knowles of Montevallo, Larry Page Knowles of Montevallo and Lewis Randall &8220;Ton&8221; Knowles of Calera; 17 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Service was Feb. 17 at 11 a.m. at Rockco&8217;s Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Milton Simpson. Burial followed in Randall Cemetery in Montevall
