Edward &8220;Ted&8221; Lansford, 85, of Vincent died Thursday, March 9, 2006. He was born Jan. 25, 1921, in Lawrence County, Ala.

Service was March 11 at 2 p.m. at Vincent First Baptist Church, the Rev. Lindy Martin and the Rev. John Lee Taylor presiding. Burial followed in Vincent City Cemetery
