Feb. 28
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) using voice from the 300 block of Emerald Lane in Chelsea.
March 1
-Runaway juvenile (Child In Need of Supervision) from the 1000 block of Baron Lane in Chelsea.
-Criminal mischief from the 4200 block of Highway 10 in Montevallo. A black mailbox valued at $50 was destroyed.
-Domestic violence (harassment) using voice from the Chelsea Corners parking lot.
-First degree theft of property from the 1800 block of Morning Sun Drive in Birmingham. Stolen was an 18-inch platinum necklace with a diamond cross valued at $4,000.
-Sexual child abuse by a known offender from the 400 block of Highway 260 in Maylene.
-Third degree theft of property and possession of a forged instrument by a known offender from Comanche Drive in Birmingham. Stolen were seven checks from a Compass Bank account.
-Civil dispute from the 5400 block of Double Oak Drive in Birmingham.
-Property damage ($1,500) to the hood, bumper and windshield of a 1996 GMC white pickup. Parker & Sons Heating and Cooling reported the incident from the new sector of Birch Creek subdivision on County Road 41.
-Driving under the influence in a 1999 red Jeep Wrangler from Meadow Drive between Meadowbrook Road and Valleydale Road.
-Third degree theft of property from a fire station on the 1400 block of Highway 69 in Chelsea. Stolen was $50.
-Use of a false identification to obstruct justice and recovery of stolen vehicle form Dawning Drive in Columbiana. Recovered was a 2002 green Kia Spectra.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 55 and Old Highway 280 in Westover. Recovered was 1.5 grams of crack cocaine ($30 value) and a metal crack pipe.
March 2
-Animal complaint from the parking lot between the 4100 and 4200 buildings of Cahaba Lakes.
-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (2005 white Nissan Sentra) from the Winn Dixie parking lot in Chelsea.
-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (2005 white Toyota Tacoma Extended Cab) by a known offender from the 1700 block of Highway 17 in Montevallo.
-Leaving the scene of an accident at Caldwell Mill Road just before Indian Crest. A Buick Park Avenue was damaged by a green 1997 Ford Ram Pickup.
-Property damage to various shrubs and landscaping from the parking lot of Walgreen&8217;s Shopping Center at Valleydale Road and Caldwell Mill Road. A white 1998 Lexus ES3 received extensive damage.
-Hit and run from the 5400 block of Highway 280 in Birmingham. A blue 2006 Toyota was damaged.
-Gas drive-off from Shop-A-Snak at the 2600 block of Valleydale Road in Birmingham. Stolen by a red Ford Pickup was 21.06 gallons of gasoline with a $44.42 value.
-Criminal mischief from the 1300 block of Highland Lakes Trail in Birmingham. A vehicle was used to damage the front yard, $100; two azalea bushes, $200; and a sprinkler head, $100.
-Death investigation from the 2400 block of Chuchura Road in Birmingham.
-Discharge firearm from Highland View Drive.
-Domestic investigation from Highway 260 in Maylene.
-Theft of property from Highway 405 in Shelby. Stolen was a white refrigerator valued at $150; a white Roper washing machine valued at $100; and a white Roper dryer valued at $100.
-Third degree fraudulent use of a credit card/debit card (Regions Bank Visa). The card was used 20 times to steal $708.36.
March 3
-Public intoxication and unlawful possession of marijuana from North Horton Road and Coe Circle. Recovered from an abandoned red 1999 Mitsubishi Montero was .2 grams of a green leafy substance with one seed.
-Harassment from the 2300 block of County Road 39 in Chelsea.
-Property damage from County Road 51. A silver 1997 BMW 328i was damaged.
-Gas drive-off from the Shop &8216;N&8217; Fill Chevron on the 16000 block of Highway 280 in Chelsea. Stolen by a gold Honda Accord was 2.179 gallons of gasoline valued at $5.01.
-Second degree criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Highway 280 in Westover. Shaw Motors reported damage to the rear door hatch and glass of a 1999 Nissan Quest ($500) and the right rear fender of a Chevrolet S-10 pickup ($250).
-Third degree domestic violence and property damage from Oak Mountain Lodge on Highway 280 in Birmingham. Damaged was a double-paned window ($80).
-Second degree possession of marijuana from a hotel room at Riverchase Parkway East in Birmingham. Recovered was a clear bag containing 2.5 grams of a green leafy material suspected to be marijuana with a value of $20.
-Third degree trespassing from the 1200 block of Highway 31 in Calera.
-Third degree theft of property from Christy Drive in Shelby. Stolen and recovered was a yellow and black Nextel Motorola I530 cellular phone valued at $150.
-Harassment by a known offender from Christy Drive in Shelby.
-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (1996 green Toyota Camry) by a known offender from the 300 block of Grande Vista Circle in Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Highway 39 in Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 6700 block of County Road 26 in Columbiana.
-Harassment with small rocks by a known offender from Old Highway 31 in Alabaster.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle reported by AIG Insurance Company. Incident occurred in the parking lot of the 3900 Building on Heatherbrooke Road in Birmingham. Stolen from a black 1994 Mazda 626 was a Fujitsu computer set ($1,000); a printer ($500); a battery pack ($100); and a computer bag ($50).
March 4
-Second degree unlawful possession of marijuana from Salser Lane in Birmingham. Recovered were two small marijuana plants.
-Harassment of a food delivery person using voice, hands and a pizza box from the 2800 block of Heatherbrooke Road in Birmingham.
-Property damage from East Inverness Parkway. Damaged was the front grill, side marker light and driving light of a black 2004 BMW 330CI ($1,000).
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) using hands, fist and voice from Salser Lane in Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the Shelby County Jail. Recovered were two and a half Lortab tablets valued at $25.
-Civil dispute from Aviator Lane in Shelby.
-Property damage from county roads 12 and 24 in Alabaster. A 2001 silver Chevrolet S-10 Pickup was damaged.
-Mutilating or defacing an Alabama driver&8217;s license from Claiborne Street in Helena. The driver&8217;s license was altered.
-Domestic violence-second degree assault using cable box, hands, fist and voice and first degree unlawful imprisonment from Ivy Way in Columbiana.
-Minor in consumption of alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor from the 6000 block of Highway 119 in Birmingham.
-Robbery and first degree home invasion using hands, fists and a crowbar from Mooney Road in Columbiana. Stolen was $700.
-Missing person from the 12000 block of Highway 43 in Vandiver.
March 5
-Animal problem and discharge of a duty weapon from St. Anne&8217;s Drive in Birmingham. A large raccoon (possibly rabid) was destroyed.
-Third degree assault by a known offender using mouth, teeth, hands and fists from the 6900 block of Whitetail Cove in Birmingham.
-Third degree theft of property and third degree harassment by a known offender using voice from Spring Creek Way in Shelby. Stolen was $100 cash.
-Domestic violence (harassment) using hands and voice from Water Oak Street in Montevallo.
-Third degree assault by a known offender using hands from outside a residence on Spring Creek Way in Shelby.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) using hands and voice from County Road 9 in Wilsonville.
-Harassing communications using voice from the 5700 block of Highway 25 in Montevallo.
-Death investigation from Little Creek Circle in Chelsea.
-Child In Need of Supervision from Chelsea Village Circle in Chelsea.
-Death investigation from Carnoustie Drive North in Birmingham.
-Theft of property by a known offender from County Road 200 in Montevallo. Stolen were 50 Lortab tablets valued at $500.
-Harassment – third degree domestic violence from Hollybrook Lane in Leeds.
-First degree theft of property and third degree burglary from the 9400 block of Highway 11 in Chelsea. Stolen was a Crete sound system including head, microphones, cords and speakers with stands valued at $2,500 and a Sony two-deck stereo system valued at $250.
March 6
-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Valleydale Road in Birmingham. Stolen from a gray 2005 Mazda was an Alabama license plate valued at $10.83.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) using hands and voice and trespassing from the Colonial Village parking lot at the 5000 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway in Birmingham.
-Attempted suicide using a scarf in an attempting hanging from King&8217;s Ranch at Day Springs Drive in Chelsea.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) using voice from the 1900 block of Highway 57 in Vincent.
-Gas drive-off from the BP Station on Highway 280 in Chelsea. Stolen by a 2000 gold Chevrolet Tahoe was 16.120 gallons of gasoline valued at $35.45.
-Third degree burglary from Greenvale Pediatrics at Eagle Ridge Drive in Birmingham. Stolen was $600 cash and damaged was a glass door ($400).
-Third degree burglary from Lime Creek Lane in Chelsea. Stolen was a GE dishwasher (stainless steel with black trim) valued at $400; and a GE range/stove (stainless steel with black trim) valued at $750.
-Second degree theft of property by a known offender from Goldilocks Lane in Maylene. Stolen was a Compaq laptop valued at $1,400.
-Menacing with a 12-gauge shotgun in front of a residence on Matador Drive in Chelsea.
-Property damage from the 3000 block of Highway 26 in Columbiana. Damaged was a 2002 blue and silver Ford Windstar van.
-Lost property from the 200 block of Oakmont Road in Birmingham. Lost was a 1.85 carat marquis-cut diamond ring in a gold band valued at $10,500.
-Suicide threat from the 2700 block of Steven Creek Road in Birmingham.
-Gas drive-off from the Shop-N-Fill Chevron in Chelsea. Stolen were 11.368 gallons of gasoline valued at $25.
-Third degree theft of property from Chelsea Corners in Chelsea. Stolen was a 24-pack of Miller Light beer valued at $16.99.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) from the 2600 block of Highway 30 in Columbiana.
March 7
-Third degree forgery by a known offender in Shelby County. Forged was a check for $1,408.40 on a CitiMortgage account.
-Third degree burglary from the 6000 block of Cahaba Valley Road in Birmingham. Stolen were two Nextel cellular phones valued at $450; $390 in cash; an Xbox valued at $400; 100 DVDs valued at $1,500; seven Xbox games valued at $210; three Xbox controllers valued at $120; and more.
-First degree theft of property by a known offender from ET Lane in Sterrett. Stolen was a 1995 Peterbilt truck valued at $2,000.
-Suicide using a pistol from the 9000 block of Highway 41 in Leeds.
-Domestic violence – third degree assault using fists and second degree unlawful imprisonment from Highway 86 near the railroad in Calera.
-Second degree theft of property from the 100 block of Shetland Trail in Alabaster. Heatherbrooke Construction reported a Whirlpool cooktop valued at $445; a dishwasher valued at $465; a microwave valued at $305; an oven valued at $807; and a trim kit for a microwave valued at $98 stolen.
-Drug overdose from the 5500 block of Highway 25 in Montevallo.
-Third degree assault with a round, black object by a known offender from the 60 block of Memory Lane in Alabaster.
-Harassment with an angry voice from the 4700 block of Highway 280 in Birmingham.
-Third degree theft of property from the Chelsea Park subdivision walking track in Chelsea. Stolen was a Samsung cellular phone valued at $200 and a keyless remote for a Honda Civic valued at $50.
-Domestic investigation from Cole Drive in Chelsea.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest from the 1200 block of Liberty Road in Chelsea. Recovered from a 1983 Dodge D150 Pickup was a round white pill.
-Domestic investigation and Child In Need of Supervision from the 70 block of Cole Drive in Chelsea.
-Harassment using hands, a cup of soda and voice from Pizza Hut on Highway 280.
March 8
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and second degree unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1100 block of County Road 22 in Montevallo. Recovered from a 1991 green Honda Civic was a cellophane bag containing marijuana and a cellophane bag containing three Methadone tablets.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Howard Hill Drive in Wilsonville.
-Reckless driving by a red Honda Civic from Monte Verde Lane at Highway 119.
-Gas drive-off from the Shop-N-Fill Chevron in Chelsea. Stolen were 15.4 gallons of gasoline valued at $35.44.
-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card at AmSouth Bank. Stolen was a wallet valued at $10 containing an AmSouth debit card, a Social Security card, an identification card and $5 to $10 cash.
-Second degree theft of property from the 200 block of Oakmont Road in Birmingham. Stolen was a Honda lawnmower, Harmony III, valued at $500; two Stihl edgers valued at $500; two Stihl blowers valued at $1,000; and a Stihl hedge trimmer valued at $300.
-Third degree burglary from the 2600 block of of Alta Vista Circle in Birmingham. Stolen was a Bose surround sound system valued at $4,000; Oakley sunglasses valued at $175; and a Canon Rebel camera valued at $450.
-Second degree assault with a plunger from the Shelby County Jail. Inmate Brandon Contrell Cotton was treated for injury.
-Allowing dogs to run at-large from the 400 block of Highway 253 in Montevallo.
-Gas drive-off from the Shop-A-Snak on Valleydale Road in Birmingham. Stolen were 14 gallons of gasoline valued at $35.
-Discharge of firearm from the 6000 block of Highway 119. A raccoon was destroyed.
-Second degree burglary from the 900 block of Heatherbrook Road in Birmingham. Stolen and recovered was an Emachines flat panel 15-inch monitor valued at $400.
-Child In Need of Supervision from the 12000 block of Highway 43 in Vandiver.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) using fists and voice from the 10000 block of Highway 155 Lot 3 in Sterrett.
-Property damage at Perrins Store on Highway 280 in Birmingham. The door of a Ford F250 Pickup received $500 damage.
March 9
-Death investigation from Monte Verde Lane in Montevallo.
-Death investigation (hospice) from Lakeview Estates on Valleydale Road in Birmingham.
-Death investigation from Cedarshed Cove in Birmingham.
-Unauthorized use of a credit card and identity theft at JCPenney in Fayetteville, Ga.; Macy&8217;s in Duluth, Ga.; Target in East Point, Ga.; and Sears in Kennesaw, Ga. Stolen was $2,471.26 at JCPenney, $621.02 at Macy&8217;s, $1,000 at Sears and $1,700 at Target.
-Harassing communication by phone from the 100 block of Looney Road.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) from Don Pep/&8217;s at Lee Branch Shopping Center in Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Abbott Square in Birmingham.
-Property damage from the cul-de-sac at the 3100 block of Chelsea Park Ridge. Damaged was the passenger side rear door and rear quarterpanel of a white 2000 Buick Regal.
-Third degree theft of property from Bowden Oil (Chevron) from the 18000 block of Highway 280 in Chelsea. Stolen were three steel high pressure nozzles valued at $75 and three plastic low pressure nozzles valued at $90.
-Third degree theft of property from the 300 block of Lilly Drive in Sterrett.
-Child In Need of Supervision from the 400 block of Alta Vista Drive in Chelsea.
-Death investigation from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road in Birmingham.
-Third degree burglary from Authentic Building Company at 110 Covington Place Drive in Chelsea. Stolen were a black GE stove, a black and chrome GE dishwasher and a black and chrome GE microwave.
March 10
-Death investigation from the 800 block of Main Street in Wilsonville.
-Third degree burglary from the 130 block of Covington Place Drive in Chelsea. Stolen from Stylemark Homebuilders were three ceiling fans valued at $600; a nook light fixture valued at $350; and 10 light fixtures valued at $500.
-Second degree theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280 East in Chelsea. Stolen were a Kodak CX4300 digital camera valued at $175; a Kodak CX7300 digital camera valued at $300; a JVC camcorder valued at $420; and $200 cash.
-Third degree burglary from the 130 block of Covington Place Drive in Chelsea. Stolen were a GE stove valued at $200 and a GE microwave valued at $450.
-Suicide attempt with a pocketknife from Dusty Hollow Road in Columbiana.
-Third degree forgery from the 1500 block of Highway 70 in Columbiana. Stolen was a $75 check on a Regions Bank account.
-Third degree criminal mischief from the 100 block of Wildwood Chapel Road in Columbiana. Roofing nails were used to damage a left front car tire.
-Attempted suicide from the 500 block of County Road 9 in Wilsonville.
-Third degree robbery from Highway 71 in Shelby. Stolen was $140 cash.
-Harassing communications by e-mail from the 400 block of Abbott Square in Birmingham.
-Third degree domestic violence (assault) and disorderly conduct from the 12000 block of Old Highway 280 in Chelsea.
-Fire investigation of a single story residence from the 90 block of Meadowview Road in Alabaster.
-Gas drive-off from Shop-A-Snak at the 2600 block of Valleydale Road. Stolen was 12.09 gallons of gasoline valued at $28.03.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Carnoustie North (Shoal Creek).
-Third degree theft of property from Publix on Valleydale Road in Hoover. Stolen was a $35 check on a Regions Bank account.
March 11
-Third degree assault with a gloved fist and second degree theft of property from the 700 block of Lakewood Drive in Westover. Stolen was a .38 caliber Taurus handgun valued at $200.
-Causing the delinquency of a child from the 400 block of Four J Road in Chelsea.
-Second degree forgery and third degree theft of property from the Shelby County License Office and 117 Meadow Drive in Birmingham. Stolen was a check for $204.15 from an AmSouth Bank account.
-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of County Road 42 in Shelby.
-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Lakewood Drive in Westover.
-Suicide attempt from the 100 block of Mossy Oak Drive in Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Matador Drive in Chelsea.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) from the 20 block of Smith Road in Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of County Road 440 in Chelsea.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 400 block of Alta Vista Drive in Chelsea.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Brent Road in Chelsea.
-Second degree theft of property from the 100 block of Berry Lane in Montevallo. Stolen was a red horse valued at $1,200; a horse (white with brown spots) valued at $1,000; and a horse (red with a tan mane) valued at $800.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and second degree unlawful possession of marijuana from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace in Birmingham. Recovered were 10 bags of powder cocaine valued at $150; a pill bottle of powder cocaine valued at $40; a bag of -marijuana valued at $10; a marijuana pipe valued at $10; and two drug ledgers valued at $5.
-Third degree theft of property by a known offender from the 5800 block of Cahaba Valley Road in Birmingham. Stolen was a 14-karat gold piece valued at $200.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) from the 5300 block of Dunavant Valley Cove in Birmingham.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) from a parking lot at the 6000 block of Walt Drive in Birmingham.
-Public intoxication and carrying a pistol without a license from the 5500 block of Highway 280 in Birmingham. Recovered were a .40 caliber handgun and two .40 caliber magazines.
March 12
-Second degree theft of property by a known offender from Alexander Road in Leeds. Stolen was a Ruger .270 rifle with scope valued at $800; a hammerless double-barrel shotgun valued at $300; a 12-gauge double-barrel Rabbit Ear shotgun valued at $200; an Apex DVD player valued a $50; and a new pair of Levi jeans valued at $30.
-First degree criminal mischief using paint, sugar and acetone from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road in Birmingham. A silver 2002 Honda Civic received $5,000 damage.
-Runaway juvenile from Alabama Youth Drive in Westover.
-Death investigation from the 60 block of Mayfly Lane in Shelby.
-Third degree theft of property by a known offender from the 300 block of Alexander Road in Leeds. Checks from a Bancorp South account were stolen.
-Third degree burglary from the 1900 block of Island Road in Shelby. Stolen was a 2001 Yamaha Big Bear 4-Wheeler valued at $5,000; a warn winch A2000 valued at $400; and a six-gallon gas can valued at $20.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5200 block of Highway 280 in Birmingham. Recovered was a cellophane bag with 2.5 grams of a white rock substance believed to be cocaine.
-Third degree domestic violence (harassment) using hands and voice from the 300 block of Redstick Road in Birmingham
