Church Focus: Inverness Vineyard Church

The Inverness Vineyard Church was founded in 1994 by the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Birmingham organization.

Twelve years later, the church now has more than 430 members in regular attendance.

Inverness Vineyard is pastored by Bubba Justice.

Justice is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has attended both Southeastern Bible College and the Birmingham School for the Bible. He has a master&8217;s degree from the Birmingham School of Theology.

Justice has been a part of the VCF of Birmingham since 1983 and has served as a youth pastor, small group pastor and coordinator and assistant pastor.

The church has sent groups of people

from the Birmingham area to create new Vineyard churches such as Morgan Road Vineyard in 1998, Birmingham Inter-Christian Church in 1999 and Tuscaloosa&8217;s Vineyard Community Church in 2002.

Inverness Vineyard currently supports missionaries in Costa Rica, Germany and Kazakhstan.

The church is also planning trips to Kenya in June and September.

The church offers a variety of small groups and youth ministries in which church members and the surrounding community participate.

Worship Schedule

Sunday – 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Sunday School – 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
