Lee Kyzer Searcy, 87, died Friday, March 31, 2006, in Prattville, Ala.

She was a resident of Clanton for 56 years and was preceded in death by her husband, Hobson Searcy, and her daughter, Sandra Searcy Edwards.

She is survived by her two daughters, Susan Searcy (Jim) Sheppard of Montgomery and Sherrie Searcy Perdue of Prattville, Ala.; seven grandsons, David (Lynne) Edwards of Houston, Texas, Brian Edwards of Clanton, Kristopher, Kevin and Kerry (Paige) Flaherty of Montgomery, John (Christy) Perdue of Birmingham and Stephen Perdue of Prattville, Ala.; six great-grandchildren, Sandra Edwards, Payton, Olivia, Tyson, Alexander and Katherine Flaherty; her sister, Edna Kyzer McGee; and her brother, Lathel H. Kyzer of Tuscaloosa, Ala.

Service was at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Lamar Davis presiding. Burial followed at Chilton Memorial Gardens
