Calera Police are looking for a tall heavy-set white male in connection with the breaking and Entering of Motor Vehicles at the Holiday Inn Express.

Captain Rick Rollan of Calera Police Department reported that five vehicles were forcibly broken into and items taken on Wednesday, April 19.

He reported that all of the victims were guest at the hotel. And items taken included men’s and women’s jewelry, a laptop computer and tools, including laser equipment valued at $34,830.

Rollan also reported vehicle damage to be $1,350.

According to Rollan, as of today (Thursday) Calera Police are looking for a heavy-set white male driving a newer model Chevrolet Avalanche pickup truck. Anyone with information should call the Calera Police Department at 205-668.3505
