Calera Baptist Church is situated in the middle of downtown Calera where it has been serving the surrounding community for years.

The church is led by pastor Hal Warren and is currently working on a new building project.

Warren said the church&8217;s ministries are focused on the family.

&8220;The ministries of Calera Baptist are geared to reach the family,&8221; he said, &8220;whether it is a family of one or several. If you live in the area or you are moving in the Calera area I want to give you my personal invitation to come worship with us.&8221;

The church offers a number of ministries for its members and the community to take part in.

Some of these ministries include dram and music opportunities, classes for youth through seniors, a weekly AWANA ministry and Upward basketball. The church also has a Financial University that aids people with money management and a Faith Outreach program which ministers to people in their homes in the Calera area.
