Evelyn Wheeler, 54, died Tuesday, May 23, 2006. She was born July 24, 1951.

She was a member of Orchard Hill Baptist Church in Milner, Ga. She was a loving wife and mother, never losing sight of the importance of her loving family. Her husband, James Lloyd Wheeler, and her parents, John Thomas Sanders and Catherine Shoemaker Sanders, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca (Michael) of Crawford, Ala., and Rocky (Jason) Patacsil of Griffin, Ga.; her sisters, Alice McNichols and Lucy Bug, both of Florida; her best friend and sister, Bonnie (Ted) McMaster of Alabama; her brothers, John W. (Eva) Sanders of Alabama and David Franklin (Lee) Sanders of Florida; and six grandchildren, Jacob, Dylan, and James Crawford and Courtney, Ryan, and T.J Patacsil.

Service was May 27 at 2 p.m. at George Roy Park in Calera,
