Funeral Services for Alberta Goggins Majors, age 80, of Montevallo, were Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at 11 a.m. at Macedonia Cemetery – Pea Ridge. Visitation was Monday, June 19, 2006, at Rockco Funeral Home. She passed away on Saturday, June 17, at her residence with her family by her side.

She is survived by daughters, Linda Wyatt (Jim), Patricia Majors, Elaine Jones (Cecil); son, Keith Majors; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and sisters, Betty Dennis and Joan Rice.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Rafe and Molly Goggins; son, Anthony Majors; husband, Edward Eugene Majors; sisters, Mary Walls and Vivian Goggins; and brothers, James Goggins, Tino Goggins, William Goggins, R.B. Goggins and Ozzie Goggins.

Rev. DeWight Edwards officiated and Rockco Funeral Homes directed. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be to Aseracare South Hospice, 801 7th Street Clanton, Ala. 35045
