Funeral Services for Annie Frank Wells Collingsworth, age 71, of Pelham, were at 12 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at Bolton-Letlow Chapel.

Burial followed in Pinelawn Gardens Cemetery. Visitation was Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mrs. Collingsworth, who passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2006, was born on September 2, 1934 in Fourmile, AL.

She is survived by her husband, James W. &8220;Bill&8221; Collingsworth; two sons, Dennis (Diane) Wells and Jeff (Linda) Wells; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Jimmy (Teddy) Dennis; and one sister, Bonnie (Preston) Hughes.
