Funeral services for Jerry W. Gill, age 57 of Shelby, were at 11 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 24, 2006 at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial followed in Bay Springs Cemetery. Visitation was Thursday from 9:30-11 a.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mr. Gill, who passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006 at a local hospital, was born on March 10, 1949 in Jefferson County.

He is survived by two sisters, Susan (Joe) George and Martha Babb; two brothers, Roger (Janice) Gill and Johnny (Sherron) Gill and seven nieces and nephews, Justin, Lindsey, Heather, Stacy, Jacob, Rebecca and Jadyn.
