Hope Christian School voluntarily forfeited its game last Friday at Franklin Classical in Tennessee, citing &8220;unsportsmanlike conduct&8221; as the reason for not completing play.

Head football coach John Gordon said the other team was repeatedly committing facemask penalties. And despite his pleas, Gordon said, officials would not call the infraction.

With the forfeit loss, the Eagles are 3-2 overall and 2-0 in Alabama Conference play.
