Richard E. Dill, age 52 of Sylacauga, died Nov. 19 at Baptist Medical Center Princeton. He was born Aug. 8, 1954.

Dill is survived by his wife, June Dill of Sylacaugua; son, Christopher (Anna) Dill of Anniston; daughter, April Dill (Steve) Peppers of Sylacauga; mother, Dorothy E. Medley of Childersburg; sister, Susan Dill (Mark) Riddle of Ocean Springs, Miss.; granddaughters, Brittany Peppers and Katelin Dill; grandson, Steve Peppers; stepmother, Betty Dill of Columbiana; stepsisters, Annette Mooney, Karen Corn and Brenda Yager of Columbiana and Teresa Gregory of Miss.; stepbrothers, Cliff Medley of Talladega, Tracy Medley of Alex City and Andy Medley of Childersburg.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Dill, and stepfather Clifford Medley.

Visitation was Nov. 21 from 5-9 p.m. and funeral service is today, Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. in the Radney-Smith Chapel. The Rev. Ray Cooper is presiding. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Sylacauga.
