Stephen Glover Rowe, Jr., born in Alabama on Sept. 25, 1989, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 19, 2006 at the age of 17. He was a resident of Westover. Steve loved life, loved everyone and everything. He believed with all his heart all you have to do is pray and everything would be O.K. He was his Mom&8217;s Special Angel.

Memorial services were held at the home of Wendy and Jim Hutzley on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2006 at 6 p.m.

Survivors include his mother, Dee Rowe and father, Charles Cowan; brothers, Justin Cowan and Casey Smith; grandmother, Barbara Argo; aunts, Rhonda Helbing (Jim), Karen Kennedy (David); uncle, Gary Argo; cousins, Katrina Pilgrim, and Mariah and Kaitlyn Argo.
