Elbert E. Fulmer, age 77 of Birmingham, passed away on Dec. 4, 2006. Mr. Fulmer was a charter member of Bryan Memorial Presbyterian Church.

He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Steven Fulmer; grandson, Gregory Steven Fulmer; and his parents George C. and Era Fulmer. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Amy Williams Fulmer; son, George T. Fulmer; grandson, Brad Fulmer; and granddaughters, Alisha (Ben) Traywick and Andrea (Jim)Boham; great-granddaugters, Hannah Traywick and Haley Bonham; sisters, Nell (Lloyd) Andrews, Lera Stamps, Jane (Glen) Macon and Marie (Don) Hooks; and several nieces and nephews.

Officiating was Rev. Don Roser.

Visitation was Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. The funeral was Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Southern Heritage Funeral Home. Interment followed in the Bryan Memorial Cemetery.
