The professional selling skills certificate series is coming to Shelby County. Concentrating on sales and skills. The Moser Group will be conducting a seminar and certification process to help businesses become more effective in the workplace. John Moser and John O&8217;Malley will be conducting the seminar.

Vern Hydorn, executive vice president of The Moser Group, said this is a great way to develop sales skills and a wonderful opportunity to freshen up and learn more.

&8220;The idea is that a lot of people out there who go into sales don&8217;t have solid training. This is where you can get the nuts and bolts,&8221; Hydorn said. &8220;These are two very experienced training professionals in sales and management.&8221;

There are six modules in the series, one per quarter beginning Feb. 2, and ending in May 2008. Each module will have three segments, a series of 18 individual classes.

The seminar will be held at The Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Conference Room.

&8220;Colleges don&8217;t teach a lot of folks how to become great sales people, and for many people, that is a profession they go in to,&8221; Hydorn said.
