Ralph Franklin Shelby Lucas, Sr., 68, of Lincoln, died Saturday, March 10 at home. The funeral service was held Tuesday, March 13 at 2 p.m. at Rocko Funeral Home Chapel in Montevallo. He was buried at Montevallo Cemetery. The Rev. Reburn Dailey presided. He was born December 11, 1938 in Montevallo. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hobson and Mamie Cardwell Lucas; brother, Robert Lucas; sister, Peggy Laden and daughter Darlene Whatley.
