Indian Springs seeks revenge tonight after their five game win streak against Altamont in boys soccer came to an end Saturday. Senior captain Ivy Duggan says he is determined to keep his team&8217;s 14-year section championship run in tact when the two teams meet again tonight at 7.

&8220;(The loss) really fuels our anger,&8221; Duggan said. &8220;We&8217;ve won 14 straight and we&8217;re going to make it 15.&8221;

Altamont controlled possession for most of the ISS Alumni Weekend game, on their way to a 2-0 victory with the help of goal scorers Jonathan Alexander and Nick Winokur.

&8220;We just took our chances and battled harder,&8221; Altamont head coach and former Indian Springs assistant Paul Munro said.

&8220;They owned us,&8221; Indian Springs head coach Rick Tozzi said. &8220;For 68 of the 90 minutes played, they were the better team, but I don&8217;t expect that to be the same on Wednesday.&8221;

The loss was not only the first to archrival Altamont in five games, but was the first sectional loss in Class 1A-4A soccer for Indian Springs since 2004.&8220;The good thing is we don&8217;t have to wait a month to play them again, but can turn around and play them again in four days. The guys will still be feeling the sting,&8221; Tozzi said.

Wednesday&8217;s game will be the third attempt to play the rival match at Altamont, after having to reschedule twice due to weather.
