Allen is proud to be the Republican candidate for House of Representatives District 42. Allen is a lifelong resident of Chilton County. He and his wife operate Caton Acoustical and Drywall Inc., a contacting business in Montgomery. They also operate a family owned business, Caton Properties Management Company, which is located in Chilton County. Allen is involved in several civic organizations within the county, and is a member of Jemison First Baptist Church. He feels that it is time for some new leadership in Montgomery, especially with the expected growth of Chilton County over the next five to ten years
