I have a proven record of eight years of fair and balanced service to the people of this state and as associate justice on the Alabama Supreme Court. President George W. Bush has appointed sound, conservative justices to the United States Supreme Court. Help is on the way. In the meantime, I will strictly adhere to the rule of law. I am keenly and humbly aware that someday I must answer

to our almighty judge for every vote I cast in these cases that come before our court. I respectfully ask for your vote and your prayers
