Applications due for Chelsea pageant

The 2008 Miss Chelsea Area and Outstanding Teen events will be held Saturday, Sept. 22. The teen pageant will begin at 1 p.m. with the miss pageant beginning at 7 p.m. Applications are due by Friday, Sept. 14.
Tickets will be $10 for ages 6 and up and $5 for ages 5 and under. For more information, call 229-7553
