Mark and Debbie Pate of Locust Fork are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Brandi Pate to Michael Hill of Chelsea.

Michael is the son of Mike and Kathy Hill of Chelsea and the grandson Dewitt and Marie Hill of Chelsea and Charles and Joan Brasher of Vandiver. Brandi is the granddaughter of Larry and Judie Hafner of Locust Fork, Wayne and Linda Pate of Wilsonville and the late Phyllis Pate of Adamsville.

They will be married at 4 p.m. Sept. 22, 2007, at Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Locust Fork High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Montevallo. The groom is a 2001 graduate of Chelsea High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Montevallo. Both currently work in Birmingham.

A reception for the couple will be held after the wedding at the Kanawahala Program Center, a Girl Scout retreat in Chelsea
