Magnolia Creek Residential Treatment Center for Eating Disorders announced the appointment of James L. Palmer as their new chief executive officer.

Palmer was worked in the health care management field for more then 30 years, and for the last 25 years managed the Veteran Administration’s Southeastern Blind Rehabilitation Center. During his time at the SBRC, Palmer set up the hospital’s nonprofit research corporation, that he has been the executive director of for the past 17 years
