Maddux Mullinax recently concluded his second season of go-kart racing with a third place finish in the Purple Plate series at the Talladega Short Track.

Mullinax, a fifth grader at Oak Mountain Intermediate School, collected 14 feature wins through the season. He was also seventh in the Blue Plate series
