Brad and Tina Goggins of Alabaster are proud to announce the birth of their baby boy, Charles Parker Goggins. Parker was born on Sept. 13, 2007 at 4:12 a.m. at Brookwood Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long. He is the grandson of Robert and Connie Latham, Cathy Goggins and the late Charlie Goggins. Parker was welcomed home by big brother Will and lots of other family and friends
