Vincent receives grant for makeover

Over the summer, Vincent High School received a $5,000 grant to promote “community pride” in Vincent.
The grant was awarded a “Tool-Box for Education” through the national Parent-Teacher Organization.
Lauren Hunter, a teacher at Vincent Middle School, applied for the grant which will be used to help beautify the campus.
The school is calling for volunteers Saturday, Dec. 1, to help with the effort, which will also be assisted by donations from local businesses
