Jessica G. Simmons of Scottsboro was recently inducted into the Xi chapter of Kappa Delta Pi at the University of Alabama.

Simmons is a master of arts student in higher education administration at UA and a 2003 graduate of the University of Montevallo with a bachelor of science degree in speech-language pathology.

Simmons is currently employed as a graduate assistant with the UA Student Affairs Assessment and Planning Department
