Officers and dispatchers with the Columbiana Police Department decorated a tree in their own unique way. The Christmas tree is covered with toy badges, guns handcuffs and stop signs. The tree is even topped with a streaming bow made from ‘Do not cross’ tape. Stockings for employees hang along the wall and door beside the tree.
