Jack Key of Graham & Company represented MDV Development in the sale of a 26,000-square-foot industrial facility on six acres just off Highway 25 in Calera for $570,000 to Calera Industrial LLC. Claude Tindle of Longleaf Realty LLC, represented the purchaser. The building was bought as an investment and has been leased to Summer Classics
