Funeral service for Gladys C. Carder, age 82, of Wilsonville was 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, at Wilsonville Baptist Church. Burial followed at Wilsonville City Cemetery. Visitation was Thursday, Jan. 3 from 5:30-8 p.m. at Wilsonville Baptist Church.

Mrs. Carder, who passed away Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008, at a local hospital, was born Nov. 29, 1925, in Whitfield County, Ga.

She is a member of Wilsonville Baptist Church.

Mrs. Carder is preceded in death by seven siblings.

She is survived by her husband, A.B. Carder; son, Mike (Joan) Carder; daughter, Suzanne (Keith) DeVault; grandchildren, Laura Beth, Ashley and Adam Carder and Naomi and Alex DeVault; and a host of other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wilsonville Baptist Church Building Fund
