The Spain Park Jaguar Takedown Club will host the Metro South Middle School Wrestling Tournament Saturday.

Berry, Oak Mountain, Riverchase and Thompson will be among the middle school teams competing.

Tournament action will begin at 8 a.m., with three rounds of pool competition.

There will be four pools of three teams each. The first and second place teams from each pool will be seeded into an eight-team championship bracket. Third and fourth place teams will compete in a consolation bracket for ninth place.

Championship and consolation bracket wrestling will commence immediately after pool competition around noon
