Miss Chelsea 2008

Liz Cochran, this year&8217;s Miss Shelby County and last year&8217;s Miss Chelsea, will crown her successor Saturday, Feb. 2 at Chelsea High School. Admission is $10 for ages 6 and up and $5 for ages 5 and under. The pageant is a preliminary to the Miss Alabama Scholarship Pageant
