Quintin Dorough, 9, was recently honored for an essay he presented in Courtney Littlefield’s fourth-grade class at Chelsea Intermediate School.

In his essay, titled “My Older Person,” Dorough chose to write about his “Poppa,” Jurnal.

Dorough chose to write about his “Poppa” because they do many things together, like fish and hunt, he is always there for him and he teaches him things like how to grow produce and how to play cards
