The No. 18 University of Montevallo baseball team earned a doubleheader split against Drury University on Saturday. Ryan Norman produced a game-winning RBI in the bottom of the seventh inning to give the Falcons a 5-4 victory in the first game.

In game two, Drury earned a 4-2 victory. In game one, UM trailed 4-1 when Chris Cooper hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the sixth inning to tie the game at 4-4. Zach Andrews earned the victory in relief for UM.

Sunday’s game was canceled do to rain.

UM (6-2) travels to Southern Arkansas University for a three-game series Feb. 23-24
