Owens earns degree from Va. Tech

Jackson Owens of Birmingham recently earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the College of Engineering during fall 2007 commencement ceremonies at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Va.
Approximately 2,500 degrees were handed out during the ceremony
