Mr. and Mrs. Darryl McDaniel are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Michele to Mr. David Crockett Lambson. David is the son of Ms. Barbara Lambson of Murray, Utah and Jeff Lambson of Murray Utah.

Ashley and David will be married at the Birmingham Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on April 19, 2008 at 10 a.m.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Emens of Flagler Beach, Fla., and Mr. Bill McDaniel and the late Barbara McDaniel of Huntsville. She is the great-granddaughter of Mrs. Anna Jean Ambs and the late Mark Ambs of Apopka, Fla. Ashley, a 2007 graduate of Shelby County High School, is a student at Brigham Young University-Idaho.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Lois Nielsen and the late Mr. Frank Nielsen of Layton, Utah; Mr. Jack Lambson and the late Jean Lambson of Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a 2003 graduate of Mount Vernon Academy in Murray, Utah. He is currently employed at Kimpton Hotels in Salt Lake City, Utah.

After a honeymoon trip to Seaside, Fla., David and Ashley will reside in Salt lake City, Utah. They will move to Rexburg, Idaho and attend Brigham Young University-Idaho in the fall.
