VINCENT – Dr. Darryl Wood began his work as minister of First Baptist Church Vincent on April 1.

Wood spent 23 years at Moulton Baptist Church before making the move. He is a native of Decatur and holds a bachelors degree from Samford University and a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Theology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Wood has also served on the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions.
