Funeral service for Lois Cost, 80, of Alabaster, will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 5, 2008, at First Presbyterian Church of Alabaster. Burial will follow at Elliotsville Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:30-2 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Cost, who passed away Thursday, April 3, 2008, at her home, was born July 15, 1927, in Murrayhill, India. She is preceded in death by three children, Elizabeth, Robert and Kathryn Cost.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Paul L. Cost; children, Walter David Cost, Alan H. Cost, Margaret Dawson, Lydia Cost; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Jowers and Roberta Warne; and a host of other family and friends.
