Erin Weisbarth is the recipient of a two-year University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship valued at $8,000.

She is the daughter of Julie Weisbarth of Pelham.

Weisbarth is a student at Jefferson State Community College, where she is on the dean’s list. At UAB, she will major in nursing
