Frances’ Hamburger Pie

1 pound hamburger

1 package dry onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can tomato soup

2 cups rice

Cook meat, add soups and simmer for a few minutes. Cook rice and add to meat mixture. Place in a Pyrex dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in oven until cheese melts. Serves 4-6
