Edward “Buddy” Oliver Crim

Funeral service for Edward “Buddy” Oliver Crim, 76, of Montevallo, will be on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 11 a.m. at River Point First Assembly of God in Pelham.

The Rev. William Turner will officiate. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Garden in Calera. Visitation was held for friends Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Crim will aalso laid in state at the church prior to the funeral service.

Mr. Crim, who passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2008 at his home, was a lifetime member of Keystone Assembly of God. He retired from Fountain Truck Equipment.

He is preceded in death by his wives Emma Jean and Zelma Alice. He is survived by his daughter, Cindy (Dale) Flowers of Montevallo; sons, Luke Crim of Calera, Duke Crim of Montevallo, Justin (Tammy) Crim of Montevallo; Larry (Sue) Horton of Montevallo; and Lisa (Don) Tiller of Montevallo; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren
